Shipping & Returns
Designer Sunglasses City has chosen USPS Priority Mail as its preferred carrier. We use USPS to ship items within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and international locations. Shipping cost (Orders under $50) is calculated based upon weight of order and distance to ship. Our shopping cart should calculate this amount before payment is made. Orders usually are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Because of fraud situations we reserve the right to ship to the credit card bill-to address when needed.
Orders over $100 will be shipped to bill-to address.
International Customs - Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs once the item reaches your country. Designer Sunglasses City cannot predict what these fees may be. Please note that you are responsible for customs charges and customs clearance. Since our system may not be able to figure International shipping charges may be added on after order is places.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can EMAIL US FOR A RMA# approval. This MUST be your first step for all returns. Upon recieving the RMA# simply return the unused item(s) in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original boxes, orginal wrapping and properly packed to avoid damage in shipping. The RMA # must also be written on the outside of the box and the invoice or a copy of the invoice which should be included inside. (Failure to follow these steps will result in a refusal, at the customers expense).
