We pride ourselves on keeping our customers satisfied. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can EMAIL US FOR A RETURN #. This MUST be your first step for all returns. Then simply return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original boxes, orginal wrapping and properly packed to avoid damage in shipping. The RETURN # must also be written on the outside of the box and the invoice or a copy of the invoice which should be included inside.

We are unable to accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery, except for November & December orders where we will allow 60 days. Returns must meet these guidelines or we will be unable to issue refunds. If these instructions are not followed we also reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to make up lost funds .
